This is to cover referencing, drafting of tenancy agreement, property check in services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:24px\" class=\"has-text-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\"><strong>During your tenancy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lost Key Charge \u2013 from \u00a320&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Replacement keys will be charged at \u00a320 for the first key, and additional key will be charged at \u00a310 per key<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Late Payment Charge from \u00a325&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Failure to make rental payments, without prior written agreement of the landlord, will incur a late charge. 1<sup>st<\/sup>reminder letter or email: free of charge;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2<sup>nd<\/sup>reminder letter or email:&nbsp;\u00a325; 3<sup>rd<\/sup>reminder letter or email:&nbsp;\u00a335.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Replacement tenant finder\u2019s Fee \u2013 half of the 1<sup>st<\/sup>month rent<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event that an individual wishes to be released from their tenancy agreement, prior to taking up the tenancy or part way through the contract, a replacement tenant will be required. Should you find a suitable replacement, you won\u2019t be charged. If you require us to source a replacement tenant, you will be charged for&nbsp;half of the 1<sup>st<\/sup>month rent. We will endeavor to assist tenants where possible in regards to finding replacement tenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Request for Opening Doors &#8211; \u00a325\/\u00a340<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you require the front or bedroom door to be unlocked, the following charges will apply; \u00a310 \u2013 Monday-Friday, 10am-5:30pm, \u00a350 \u2013 Monday-Friday 5:30pm-10am. Weekends and Bank Holidays.
